Note: that the itinerary can be rescheduled due to weather conditions and/or group sizes.
- A 20% nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival.
- If you cancel 29-15 days before your arrival date you will receive a 25% refund.
- If you cancel 14-0 days before your arrival date we cannot offer any refunds.
Hotel Arctic Eden or Adventure Lapland is not responsible in any way if your arrival is affected in any way that causes you to miss your package tour. Make sure that you have a good travel insurance.
In case of extreme weather due to cold or storm the tour of the day will be canceled and switched to another tour that operates. In case we are not able to arrange anything you will get a 100% refund.
Day 1
- Transport to the lodge from Kiruna Airport or train station
- Check-in at the beautiful lodge
- Meet and greet the team
- We provide you with arctic clothes. Down jacket & pants. Winter boots, hat, and gloves
Aurora chase by a minivan at Kiruna-Abisko Nationalpark
Your evening begins around the fire in the tipi next to the lodge. After enjoying a good BBQ meal we hit the road with a warm and comfortable minivan driving you around calm roads around Lapland to the very best viewing points to experience the magical northern lights.
Day 2
Sami and Reindeer experience
Discover the enchanting world of the Sami people and their reindeer with a visit to our friend Håkan’s village in the Arctic. This immersive experience draws you into the heart of Sami culture, showcasing the profound bond between the community and their land.
Your day begins with a warm welcome into a traditional Sami lavvu, where a fireside lunch of local delicacies awaits. Here, amidst the crackle of the fire and the warmth of the community, you’ll feel the heartbeat of Sami heritage. The adventure continues with an intimate sleigh ride through the pristine wintry landscape, guided by the gentle reindeer. This encounter, so pivotal to Sami culture, offers a rare glimpse into the symbiotic relationship between the people and the land they hold dear.
You will enjoy a unique experience and witness the enduring legacy of the Sami people. Create memories that will warm your heart for years to come, in a community where every moment is a testament to a life lived in harmony with nature.
Day 3
Dogsledding
On day 3 we visit our friends at Husky Home. With the excitement of huskies ready to hit the trails. Today, you step into a musher’s shoes, exploring the Arctic wilderness. Experience the thrill of dog sledding through stunning landscapes. Join us for an unforgettable journey into the heart of the Arctic.
Day 4
On the fourth and last day, we’ve saved something truly special for you. Join us for a half-day snowmobile safari that’s unlike anything else in Kiruna. We’re taking you straight into the wild heart of the Arctic tundra, all the way up past the tree line to the ultimate Lapland viewpoint. Trust us, the view is something out of this world – endless, untouched Arctic beauty as far as the eye can see.
Halfway through, we’ll take a little breather on a frozen lake. Picture this: sitting by a fire, brewing coffee the old-fashioned way, and enjoying some classic Swedish Fika. And if you’re feeling adventurous, you can even give ice fishing a shot.
When we get back to the lodge, we’ll have a cozy 2-course lunch waiting for you. It’s the perfect wrap-up to four days of pure Arctic magic and adventure.
